Client Servicing Intern
Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern with at least 3 months of prior internship experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills to manage client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and strategy) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Maintain and update client reports, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign performance reports.
- Support the Client Servicing Manager in day-to-day communication and project management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of prior internship experience in client servicing, marketing, or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Client Servicing Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of agency experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their marketing requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client briefs and communicate them clearly to the internal creative, SEO, social media, and performance teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns from planning to delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per deadlines.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and revisions effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Branding, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
